In 1966, as Johoku Chemical Co., Ltd. begun its capital and management participation, the Shoei Shokai initiate to focus more on the distribution of stabilizers for polyvinyl chloride, and various additives for plastics. At the same time, it began retail sales of plastics processing machines.
